4.1. Division of Responsibility Regarding Infrastructure
Users are informed that the technical background of the website is provided by NewPush Europe Kft. The responsibility of the Data Controller (SZEnergy Team) is limited solely to data entered through the website and controlled by the Data Controller. The Data Controller has no influence over and assumes no liability for processes within the hosting provider’s exclusive scope:
- Technical malfunctions or external attacks occurring within the provider’s network beyond the Data Controller’s control.
- Physical security and hardware protection of servers.
