The Data Controller uses an external service provider (data processor) for data storage and website operation.

4.1. Division of Responsibility Regarding Infrastructure

Users are informed that the technical background of the website is provided by NewPush Europe Kft. The responsibility of the Data Controller (SZEnergy Team) is limited solely to data entered through the website and controlled by the Data Controller. The Data Controller has no influence over and assumes no liability for processes within the hosting provider’s exclusive scope:

  • Technical malfunctions or external attacks occurring within the provider’s network beyond the Data Controller’s control.
  • Physical security and hardware protection of servers.
  • Automatic, low-level server logging (e.g., system-level IP logging) performed by the provider for security or troubleshooting.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (Legal Clause)

The Data Controller takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure data security; however, due to the nature of technology, internet-based data transmission cannot be considered 100% secure.
